As much as I like the players energy and tackling, he really shouldn't be allowed back onto a football pitch till he learns how to control a ball and make a simple pass.

No point fighting at 150% to win a ball only to give it away with some of the worst passing I've ever seen!

Abysmal.

C'mon lad...sort it out.

he should learn to stay on his feet.

that dive in an attempt to get a penalty was pathetic.

No seriously, which one is it? You used "you" in another thread, so it's obviously not Liverpool and I don't remember ever seeing you post. I want to know exactly how little to think of you.

So do you support Everton, Man Utd, or Chelsea?

Whether he/she does or not, Sissoko is still a diving cheat and throws himself on the ground almost everytime he looses the ball.

if you want to think little of the truth, be my guest

Decent enough game from Sissoko. Im fairly happy with hi game, apart from his shooting.

The thing is though, as someone else mentioned the other day - Sissoko's inability to pass also seems to limit Xabi's game - and then you're hurt twice with one blow.

why should sissokos passing abilety have anything to do with how xabi plays ?

Don't think Momo did too badly today. His shooting was abysmal (esepcially for a former striker :D) but without his work and ball winning in midfield I think Chalrton would have hit us on the counter more times than they did.

With Gerrard or Didi in central mid, when Xabi is closed down quickly he plays a quick one two (pass and move) with the other central midfielder to find some space and unleash another long pass. With Sissoko in central midfield he can't do that as frequently.

I thought he was woeful tonight..gives the ball away most of the time..rarely plays a decent ball through to the front men..and his shooting?well, for a pro footballer it's pretty hopeless tbh.His work rate is high nevertheless but,as I'm sure Shanks would have said, his energy is mostly wasted.

xabi can still make that pass, though it just means that he wont be able to make that move afterwards.

sissoko has been good at closing down other players, covering xabi, wich should give him plenty of time to do his stuff. the fact that xabi was rubbish today shouldnt be blamed on the fact that sissoko cant pass properly

he would probably hit the floor before the brick though

That horse faced idiot from United would, I'm sure, have been there first to break his fall though - so no harm there.

Sissoko is young and young players are inconsistent, he will hopefully improve - Parker is more consistent, went for the same money but is 4 years older, who'd be a manager, eh?

I remember his times at Valencia. Commentators on TV were always surprised when they saw Sissoko on the pitch, because everybody thought he was s****.

He IS s**** IMO. This is a bit racist, but you can go to Africa or Scandinavia and find 100 Sissokos, they can run for 2 hours, they can work hard etc. But they aren't footballers! His passins is s****, even I can pass better.

PS His shooting is hopeless. It wouldn't be a problem, if he could pass better and don't attack much. I think Hamman is miles better than him.

BTW, if you rate Sissoko, you must rate Cisse too. He runs alot, he has energy, he is physically strong etc.

PS I don't rate neither Cisse nor Sissoko myself
