Whats good at getting a little infection out of your toe?

Big toe is f***ing killing and a bit swollen, must be an infection of some sort. Anyone know whats good at drawing the poison out or whatever it is? Sugar and Soap ive heard sometimes works. Germoline? Cant be arsed to go the Docs yet but will do if it doesnt clear soon.
