I can see Nando, Crouch and Cisse at the bar.

Anyone else ?

Positive thoughts as usual eh Kev ;)

Nando probably, Cisse is gone so he isnt in there. I think Garcia might be sold in the summer aswell although not really on his "last chance" as he's done well for us.

Crouch? Come on, he's hardly doing much wrong is he? He needs a regular partner.

For me, Cisse, Nando, Warnock.

Yes, I can see them too. But is this the day for such belly-aching? Surely this is part and parcel of being a football supporter, the ups and the downs. And let's face it, even our grim days would be lapped up as success at many other clubs so let's all unite behind the greatest football club in British history shall we and show that we are worthy supporters of that club. IF we go out of the two cups in the next month or so, then we can have this debate but as for now, there is still much to do and more we can add in 2006 to our honours list.

Was that before of after leaving Spamsville..?

There is a fairly long list.

Warnock, Traore, Riise, Morientes, Cisse and Crouch.

We desperately need a reliable left back and forwards with strength, power and passion. Morientes and Crouch are nice guys, but neither are tough enough for the PL, nor do they apear to be willing to mix it up with defenders.

Since Carragher stopped playing at left back, we have never found the right answer to that position.

I can't honestly see Rafa getting rid of Crouch. He's ineffective at the moment but I would be amazed if he was moved out.

One thing about Rafa is, he is not afraid to admit he made a mistake. Ala Nunez and Josemi.

I have several points that need several threads.

Cisse and Morientes, for me,neither are good enough.

Crouch has gone back to being Mr Ineffective that he was for the first few games, but he needs a bit of help up front.

Maybe if we tried playing one of them as a striker alongside crouch regularly we could kill two birds with one stone......... or maybe even score some goals......

No offence Kev but this is f***ing ridiculous

Yes there are problems to iron out, esp up front...but to be as negatove as this is an OTT reaction....Crouch for example has been a positive until Xmas...it was only in Dec when people were lauding him...he has struggled for a month and people are wanting him out...I dint think the manager is that fickle....I hope not anyway

It has been a positive season in the main..CL qualification...FA Cup progress...3rd in the league and a vast improvement on our away form from last season.......the only teams to beat us are the two above us and Fulham (in the league)...Our defence has been mainly sound and you can see the team progressing

of course there are glithches and we are not strong enough to challenge for the title, but we will still give United a run for 2nd......

People need to get a f***ing grip

Cisse, Morientes and Traore in my opinion are probably most likely to go. Mellor and Whitbread I can see heading for the exit door of the less well-known players.

are you serious??????????

yes???

fkin good! jesus christ, the reaction to yesterday is overwhelming - finally some sense.. we've made giant strides so far this season and, fingers crossed, we'll keep making them til the end of the season.. the gap between those c***s in 1st and and us in 5th (last season) was huge - i don't see that now.. a few adjustments here and there (in the obvious places) and we'll be fine and make even bigger strides next season..

Cisse, Morientes, Traore, Dudek and Hamann for definite.

1 out of Garcia and Zenden when Gonzales arrives.

1 out of JAR and Warnock if/when we sign new LB, probably JAR as he will fetch more money.

Should raise around £20M for the lot of them depending on WC performances.

Buy Defoe, Bridge and SWP.

There's more chance of Michael Barrymore stringing a coherent sentence together than Rafa selling Riise, and thats not very likely at all.

He's just given him a new contract, and I get the impression that like me, Rafa thinks Riise is and will continue to be a very reliable, effective and committed footballer for this club.

Crouch to stay.

I'd sell Morientes, Cisse, Warnock, Traore, Dudek.

Dudek, Traore, Warnock, possibly Garcia (although he is definitely a Rafa favourite), Cisses, Morientes and due to their contract situations more than anything else Fowler and Hamann.

You can also throw in most of the older reserve players - Whitbread, O'Donnell, Mellor, Potter, Raven etc

My view is we need a starting left back, a starting right midfielder and probably two strikers.

Anybody putting Luis García or Crouch in this last-chance saloon needs their head examined.

to be honest there are alot of people on here who need there head examining

we lost to Chelsea....I know it is sad but there is a massive f***ing overreaction

we have just come off the back of one of the best runs of results in our history
