John am Rhein Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 What's the best way of getting stuff into the format (.MP4?) which is needed to play video on an iPod? I've got this dodgy-ish shareware thing which converts an MPEG successfully but it only allows up to 3 minutes or so recording time until you pay for it. Seems a bit unstable/crap as well so I'm reluctant to do so. Is it possible to convert actuall DVDs (i.e. ones I own) to the iPod format -in full or in part?
