Rijkaard has, more than once, publically stated that he does not want Henry. He prefers Messi - which is also Laporta's official line atm. However, some of the Board, who have never been Rijkaards favourite supporters, are saying that this "rejection" has pushed Henry away. Coupled with the insistent rumours that Rijkaard has been courting Milan the three anti-Rijkaard directors are trying to stir things up atm...

How foolish can the those few at the board be. Rijkaard is the coach so if he doesn't want him, he doesn't want him. The coach knows best, no? Can't believe they think they know better than Rijkaard unless of course it's a particular culture there that I'm not aware off.
