Where can I get a complete list of the squad members who got medals?

I don't think there is an official list.

 

There where 25 medals. The 18 that where on the team sheet, plus Rafa and Pako got 20 of 'em. No idea about the others.

 

Pellegrino swiped some of AC Milan's losers medals to give to some of the young reserve squad players too.

is it right there was no difference between the two medals..I know they didnt have any writing on them, just the CL logo.....but was one Gold and One Silver?
