I'm sure the 'bust up' might have been but the comments he made about the ref were the worst I've heard from a Premiership manager about a ref. He was more or less making out Bennett was bribed (in not so many words).

I heard him with my own ears in an interview on SSN say: "Bennett enjoys the hospitality here after the match" and in two obviously unrelated statements, made immediately after the previous one. "Bennett didn't give us a single decision all match" and "That goal was definitely offside"

 

Seems pretty conclusive to me.

The problem being??

I expect he does enjoy the hospitality after the game like he would at any ground. As for the other 2 comments??? Yes? Whats wrong with them? Most managers say things like that including yours.

 

This wouldnt be just another excuse to have a go at Fergie would it?
