jon_hall Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Been watching what i eat and more importantly cut down the alcohol a lot (not that i did on Saturday) and more walking and other exercise. Lost over a stone since the start of December. Mind i need to lose another two minimum. First target is 14st and currently 15st 7 lbs. Knew i was a fat t*** and it confirms that.
