Just been on the phone arranging for our phone to be moved to the new place at the end of the month and it was friendly, helpful and successful experience. An absolutely non-stressful and concise phonecall that hasn't left me wanting to throttle anybody. Such a refreshing change from the normal course of events when contacting a customer services line...
