Reebok won't make any more

WHAT?!

I can't believe it!

I saw one in a sports store here in Denmark yesterday, but the logo wasn't sewed on so I didn't buy it. Is it like that on every shirt or do we have fake copies in Denmark?

The store didn't have the 5 times winners badge either :(

Damn, I really wanted a 23 Carra European Champions Shirt

If I'm not mistaken the logo isn't sewn on on either the Euro shirt or the Away shirt. Only the Home shirt has a sewn logo. That's not to say there aren't a lot of fakes running around, but if the store is reputable, I'd buy the shirt before there are no more.

They're all like that, the badge isn't available anywhere except for the club shop and UEFA.com.

I think Reebok were afraid of being left with surplus stock as it'd be their loss.

Thanks!

I've previously bought shirts with the logo ironed on (or something like that) with the quality not being very good. But I'm getting desperate, so I'll go and buy one today.

The question is then, where can I get gold letters and badges?

Thats nasty.

I purposely didnt get one as i was going to wait and get the badges etc in Anfield. I guess i better source one before they're gone.

SACK REEBOK! ASAP!!!!

It won't be long before this thread belongs in the rant room!

I must admit, I'm shellshocked!

Can't the Club do anything about it? Why can't Reebok produce any more?

You won't get one in Ireland anyway, my sister tried everywhere before Christmas to try and get me one and had no luck.

They can, but as I said they're afraid they won't all be sold and they'll have to bear the cost. Maybe there's a minumum amount they have to make on every production run or something.

Maybe my mates in Ballymun could help me ;) If i can get two i will let you know.

Can still get them here (genuine ones), but with the badges, they work out very expensive.

Here, of course, being HK.

Harry Kewell? :o

It'll be interesting to see what happens next season should we qualify for the Champions League again - as IIRC the CL shirt has a 2 year shelf life...

Will adidas make the same shirt available next season (albeit with an adidias logo as oppsed to a reebok one) ? or does the 2 year shelf life thing become void as we've in effect 'switched' kit manufacturers?

If not, will they bring out a new one when we win it Paris this year? ;)
