To me, its like the little brother you hate but can't stand not having around, even if it is to make yourself look good.

 

I hate their guts, but hate chelskji and the scum much much more...

 

I like looking down on them in the prem table...

I love the face that they really really f***ing hate us with a passion, and i dont really give a f*** about them really.

I can understand Utd to an extent but I find anyone who hates Chelsea more than the blues**** absolutely baffling.

it's just what they represent... its the evil that we see win everyday, but at least to me i thought I'd never see it drop onto football (which is sort of sacred, if liverpool is the standard we have for our lives of honour, etc... then the chavs are our nemesis and exact opposite of what we're doing) i hate mourinho, hate the media hype over a team thats assembled by paying over the odds for every player... Johnson 6m????

 

Hate fat frank, hate terry who looks like he's playing on dope, and hate the fact that they unsettled our captain for two seasons straight...

Chlesea are annoying but more like the snotty cousin that keeps coming round for christmas dinner with the latest gaming console all for himself and you want to give a slap to but know that if you ignore him he'll just piss off in a few years time.

An OOT's perspective. In order of dislike:

 

1. Man U

2. Everton

3. Don't really give a f***, although Chelsea are temporarily insufferable. And Spurs are always annoying. And Bolton are tossers at the moment too.

 

My brother (RIP) was an Everton fan and we had some taunting going on there, so I tend to think of them more as rivals than enemies. But then some of their fans/players/managers are just c***s, so it's hard to say sometimes.

 

I always look for the Man U result before Everton's, if that's any indication.

You hate your local rivals, simple as that.

 

I hate no other team as much as I do Liverpool, I want Liverpool to lose after Everton win.

OK, I am 46 years old and for many, many years i went to every derby game possible. Alot of the games at the pit I was in the Gwladys Street as it was the only ticket available. Other than the odd bit of language and the odd pie, there was never much trouble between both sets of fans .

 

Sometime in the late 80's and early 90's something happened to turn almost all of the Evertonians into unbelievably bitter haters of anything Liverpool FC.

 

On a football basis, they are pretty much irrelevant and hardly worth considering. However, many of their fans now appear to be the most odious collection of human flotsam on this planet.

 

I have watched this last derby game a few times, and the sheer hate displayed by the Everton fans bordered on the psychotic.

 

Sad really.

I don't hate Everton - I laugh at them.

 

I don't hate Evertonians - I laugh at them ( the bitterer the better)

 

When the results come through and I see that Everton have either lost again or are struggling. It gives me a buzz knowing that all those bluenoses out there are suffering again
