well...actually just finished watching it again

HHHHUUUUUUURRRRRAAAAAHHHHH

How f***ing marvellous is that...esp when Vialli at half time is w***ing on about Milan, and then after tries to intimate that Gerrard wasnt happy...you bald tool

also...Carra not being able to walk on the podium after we get the cup....Xabi giving where he is putting the pen with his eyes, but my god how cool is he putting the rebound in..

Gray being a miserable c*** on the commentary for the 2nd and third goal...("He should be saving that" "He didnt get the luck he desevered after his pen save")...f*** off you blue nosed w*****

Carra's blocks wehen he has cramp.....traore and Garcia saving on the line...Jerzy nodding knowingly at Shevchenko when he missed that chance....Stevie at right back......

The chance just after the third where Riise has a shot that Dida parries, but if you look Garcia was in acres..if he ha fed him in........

Didi, Djibs, Cisse & Vlads perfect pens...and Stevie asking if Schevvers misses do we win?????...Carra bollicking Smicer for not getting back with the team......

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

2 things that I remember vividly are Carra being off his feet on the podium and looking like he let the biggest fart ever go when he bends over and the confetti (or whatever that is) bursts out behind him :D And also Baros nearly breaking Xabi's neck after the equaliser.

The fella with the baldy head putting his shades over his head. Their manager chewing like f*** and the camera then focuses on the Liverpool fan behind him. The stupid face Serginio pulls when missing his pen. But the best of all is Hamman's gay run to Dudek after the final penalty. Honestly if you havent got onto that you need to it's f***ing hilarious.

I've got the CD highlights done by Radio City and I've had that in the car for the last week.

Aldo going barmy with every goal.

At half time when they cut to Phil Easton, all dejected like, and then you hear YNWA starting.

The Chelsea game.

Carra after the Chelsea game: "it's only the semi final" before going on to say how we've got to win it.

Absolute magic :D :D

No-one can forget just after 3-2 & the camera's looking at the Milan bench. You can see a blur of red going barmy in the background & then the camera focuses beyond the bench at the fans. THAT was the moment it came home

My 5 year old screaming "Dudek saves for Liverpool" every single day of the week on our way to school.

The other kids get Barney and Disney, my lads sing La Bamba, the Fields of Anfield Road and YNWA.

I just look in the rear view mirror and smile, then I join in.

Dudek's save from Chevchenko right at the end. I knew then that we would win but I didn't want to say anything incase I put the mockers on it.

That was the same as me, a moment that really sticks in my mind. We were side on to that and it felt like it played out in slow motion and as the ball flew away I remember just standing and staring in disbelief right up till the corner was taken.

Oh yes - you weren't alone in that Paul - a collective stadium wide 'wtf' and I think many of us were convinced - albeit quietly - it was coming home with us.

Is right. I'm sure there were loads thinking the same. One thing I've not mentioned before is how, due to the delayed in reaction in taking the save in, I unwittingly started a swearing Mexican-wave on my row in the East stand.

Fookin'-ell, I shouted, realising the big Pole in our goal had somehow blocked it over the bar.

Kin'ell, the lad next to me said, 3 seconds later.

Kin'ell, the lad next to him said, 3 seconds later, shaking his head in disbelief.

One of about one million moments I'll never forget.

We were right behind the goal andafter a few nano-seconds realised the ball was high up n the air instead of in the back of the net and went for it then shouting "WE'VE WON IT" (never been so scared at a corner that we'd put the mockers on)

The opening ceremony gets me. All them girls in white floating about - how did they do that, magic? - and the lads in red clobber racing each other into position in the centre of the pitch. When the lads from our end fell into line first our kid was cheering the last one into line: "Get in there!"

Does anyone know what the music was or where you can get it? Spooky, fantastic, magic that tune was...

Just bought the full game on Ebay, SKy Sports version. comes with 'Your'w on sky sports' from that night and the pre match build up and Home coming parade.

Gray might be a bluenose but at least he makes comments and speaks up e.g. "Someone take Phill Thompson down from the roof of the studio because he nust be flying!"

Great stuff.

Can't understand why it was ITV who got to bring out the official DVD.

I remember when we got it back to 3-2 feeling that I would have been happy if it had ended like that ? we?d salvaged a bit of pride. Then we started to sing ?We shall not be moved? and I actually began to believe it, and I also started to think that the Milan fans must have thought we were mental ? losing but singing on as if we were winning.

Another thing I clearly remember is for Xabi?s penalty I wasn?t gutted or anything that he?d missed cos he just didn?t break stride and I knew all along that he was going to get the rebound in. It was almost as if he?d played a 1-2 off the keeper, the way he hit the ball, and kept running to where it was going to end up.

Even when I watch it now on DVD, I still see it in my mind from where I was in the ground that night.

Because parent company Granada own 9.95% of the club and are our media marketing team.

I just remember going for a pish just after about 35 mins. Well I had been drinking for two days on the bounce. I get to the bog and hear a cheer. Too low to be our lot. My heart sank. I make way back down the steps back to my seat...not paying any attention to the game (busy looking at the steps soI didn't fall over.....still pished see.) Halfway down another cheer goes up. Fookin hell 3-0. I turn and go back up the steps to get a drink from the smallest drinks stand in the world. Proceed to rob said drinks stand of a couple of cokes and a couple of bags of nuts. There was a massive queue and I was thirsty.

Then I had the misfortune of bumping into Anny Road. That certainly changed the evening.

Anny : WTF are you doing here. Get back in there and fooking sing yer heart out. That's the only thing left to do now. I've not come all this way for nothing.

So I went and had a quick chat with RP and Andy Mac and then went back to my seat. The rest is history.

Next time I saw the three of them we were all bouncing up and down like demented idiots. 5 FOOKIN TIMES. YEEE HAAA YER FECKIN DANCER.

That bus journey back into Instanbul took forever....but do you know what?...... That was the best bus journey I have ever been on.

Again, I'm with you on that - I said to my mate Jud - 'No way, no way - no-one will believe this tomorrow never mind in ten years'...and of course then they screwed up! :D

Watched the game in Boston in a pub packed full of reds and run by a red. Got back home late that night- or more to the point back to Manchester New Hampshire. Its not a popular sport up here. Walked into a bar I use on occasion to watch games and as soon as I walked in (with a spurs fan) the lad behind the bar pulled a couple of pints on the house and congratulated me. Then the Irish band in the corner saw my Liverpool scarf and shirt and struck up YNWA. It was then I realized we?d won it- until then I kept thinking something else could go wrong! YNWA in Manchester :D

I do that all the time. Funniest one to date was after the 1st day of the Ashes. There was Jon Hall, Anny Road, Charlie Clown, Sapho, myself and a few other whose names escape me. We'd been drinking all day at the match and made our way back to a bar in Chorlton. We sat on the terrace and songs started up. How we never got a kick in I'll never know. The landlord came out and told us to pipe down as he was applying for a late licence and didn't what to upset the residents in the surrounding area. I said "Oh aye sorry about that....we'll tone it down." The minute his back was turned we were off again. He gave it two minutes then he shut the doors on us. Some people eh!?
