How long is the queue for Xabi's babies?

We were poor in the first half, second half was brilliant though.

Congrats to Flo who had a fantastic game when he came on.

P.S i knew Xabi would score one from his own half sooner or later :)

but anyway... back to the game

First half was as bad as I've seen for a long time. Complacancy doesn't even start the issue. It was fecin awful.

And up to 60 mins our defence was just scary.

But fair play, when the chips is down, we don't give up.

Our team has a lot of heart these days.

And our manager knows how to pick a sub.

Forgive me Father cos I have sinned - Flo Po knows what he's doing! Super Sub.

There'll be post-mortems to come - that was Sami at his worst and Cisse was playing for himself but after a game like that i think we should just applaud them for getting back into it.

Xabi or Sinama as MOTM ?

Fo shizzle.

I'm stunned at Ian Wright calling that peno to Luton as it was!

And there will indeed be post mortems. It was a dreadful first half, that is beyond anything Rafa will forgive. And the defending? :o Even Carra was having a nightmare.

We got out of jail due to a half time b******ing (I hope!), and a sub playing his heart out, and some inspired goals, and FINALLY some heart and effort - that we didn't show in the first half.

that's just one of the most entertaining games i think i've ever seen.  why do we never do anything easy?

When the keeper went up for the corner i thought " Either he's going to score or we're going to catch them out ".

Unreal game.

The two Newcastle games, Dortmund, Istanbul, Cardiff...what a fantastic game this is !

Cos we're boring eh :D

Rafa and cup competitions have a history that goes way beyond his time here. Nothing is straight forward, nothing is easy.

That was some game.

Half Time I'm tellin' My wife "There's No Way we'll Lose, This Season is different".

3-1Down & I'm gulping.

Xabi (The Thread Theme) I Love You Mate, you are a fraction of a mm behind Stevie in my affections, great heart, a legend almost.

And Pongolle, I love him. Let's once & for all forget any remote thought of selling or loaning him, the kid has got something different.

If the Beeb have any sense, they'll repeat that game tomorrow. Perfect showcase for what the FA Cup is about.

Now that was like watching a game on LSD. From schite to sublime and back several times. One to forget and be glad we won. Now lets get back to that stingy defence. Kudos to Gerrard, FSP and Xabi for their goals and overall displays. Too many lethargic perfromances allround

He makes Cisse look like a £1.4m buy. Touch, control, awareness and today he's added the finishing touch.

new contract ? :D

He started to berate Xabi on the last goal as he'd made a run and didn't get the ball..turned round and realised it was going in and started clapping!! :D

Kromkamp was brutal. Bring back Josemi all is forgiven.

Only joking. Looked nervous which is understandable really.

Sami and Carra were crap for 70 mins. Risse was poor defensively too.

Great game though. And Xabi was class for the last half an hour.

I was meaning in his post match interview - he went flying. Well funny it was. He was just stood there one second talking to the BBC guy, then he somehow slipped, and fell over

I was pissing myself when he did that, the expression on Xabi's face was amusing as well - he looked like he was thinking "what the fec is he doing!

Even our post match interviews are dramatic.
