Figaro Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 His Catalan girlfriend Elen Rives has convinced fat frank to buy a house in Barcelona - putting 2+2 together and coming up with 64,000 - that's it then - he'll be at Can Barca by June. Any other rumours doing the rounds?
Dominus Maximus Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 No offense but I just can't imagine Frank in a Barca shirt...

Guest Cardie Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 (edited) The stripes would be slimming, surely?1131347 Makes sense, Barca need a few attacking midfielders. Hang on lets add to this rumour, Lampard to Barca in exchange for Deco and cash. Edited December 30, 2005 by Cardie
Figaro Posted December 30, 2005 Author Posted December 30, 2005 Let's complicate things even more by adding a new rumour - Ronaldo to the Chavs come late July...
Guest Cardie Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 With Drogba going the other way (apparently they'll need a striker, they'll only have Portillio, Soldado, Raul, Baptista, Adriano, Ibrahimovic, RVN and Cassano).

Guest Cardie Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 The thing I don't get with the whole Ronaldo thing is he doesn't really fit into the Mourinho mould for strikers.

Figaro Posted December 30, 2005 Author Posted December 30, 2005 attitude and discipline problems within the squad and they sign Cassano. 1131375 If that falls through they have a certain Dirk the Dutchman lined up.... Posts merged:Cappello to Man Utd. 1131368 Nahhhh.... Just leaked the fact that his contract with la Juve has an escape clause - he can leave if Madrid or any other "Big" European club make an offer...and the Mancs are no longer a "big" European club... Seriously - You could well be right though I think Crafty Capi's said all the right things and done all the done things to be back at the Bernabeau come June... the doubters inside the Bernabeau are hedging their bets - smart money's on Capello followed by Wenger then in third place Irueta

Figaro Posted December 30, 2005 Author Posted December 30, 2005 Rafa hasn't been in contact with anyone from Madrid Nor has his agent - and that comes from a very reliable source inside Madrid. Another rumour Figo has just turned down sackfuls of money to play in Qatar. Wonder if his missus had anything to do with his refusal...
