"They never figured on our traditional 'gift a goal after the break' offer though. Djibril Cisse made David Weir look an utter t**, as he made his way into the Everton box and curled a Bobby Dazzler of a low shot past Martyn to sew the three points up. "

Made me laugh that in what is a pretty bitter-less match report from WSAG

Weir is a hatchet man. One of the most singularly untalented players in the entire league.

Everton are so s*** it's untrue.

Best players are Cahil and Arteta and they're s*** too.

It's not their fault that we are an unstoppable force of terrifying proportions that of which the world has never seen.

Agreed Stevie, he's shocking.

I thought the barcodes were the worst team we'd played this season but Everton managed to out-do them.

Apart from Arteta, Neville looked a class apart from the rest of them. Which is frigging scary as he is still as s**** as he ever was.

As bad as they were, I thought the blues**** gave us more problems than Newcastle.

I think people tend to do a bit of a disservice with Phil Neville. He's not a bad player at all really, versatile, hard working, comitted, intelligent with his use of the ball, and I think that if it hadn't been Manchester United he was leaving in the summer, we might have been linked with him and I think quite a few would have been happy to see him linked. He strikes me as a Benitez type of player.

Ok, do your worst :D

That is shockingly crap

Imagine being as s*** as Everton, with their s*** history and their s*** ground, their s*** team and their s*** prospects.

Then some 'wag' somes up with a 'funny' slogan, all their webistes are chuckling to themselves about this great 'putdown' they have for the manager of their local (only?) rivals and somehow Everton finish 4th in the League.

You think the world is alright. The sun is on your back, things aren't so bad as they used to be. You have something to shout about.

For about 5 minutes, then we go win the European Cup.

Honestly, it must be really s*** to be an Everton fan. I almost feel sorry for them.

As much as I wish that were true, the Barcodes on the day looked to be the worst team I had every seen Liverpool play, putting up the most limp display of football I have ever had the misfortune to witness. Every Geordie player deserved to be burned alive for the way they played in that game.

Everton were merely schite, but at least socred and could have scored another against us.

That was probably because they attacked our strengths rather than our weaknesses !

Well we made them look that schit. Teams don't just turn to crap in the space of a week. The opposition makes them look crap. Either that or Graham Souness decides to go for an attacking formation with nobody who can play football in midfield.

Without Parker they are hopeless in midfield.

Portsmouth are the worst team we've played.

Everton's problem is that they over-achieved last season and average-at-best players saw themselves in the Champions' League playing at the Bernabeu or the Nou Camp.

Appalling management failed to keep their feet on the ground-from Kenwright through Wyness and ultimately to Gollum-and instead of having a plan B in case they didn't progress they were probably booking up hotels in Paris. What exactly were they going to do if Villareal beat them? And Bucharest?

Now it's back to reality. Their squad is a year older, the players brought in are poor, their motivation has gone because they know fourth was a one-off, their team spirit has diminished and virtually none of those players (some now on improved contracts) will ever play in Europe again. To make matters worse we have shown how to push on rather than gloat about a League placing that nobody expected.

It serves them right. The bitterness on Wednesday made me sick. I hope they go down and go bust.
