baja the hut Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 will be really an achievment if they get there, but i think 90-95.
Ombudsam Posted December 29, 2005 Author Posted December 29, 2005 And we're in line for 82.71130640 something like that. I was just doing it by a very basic method of doubling the points at the halfway stage but we've only played 17. I've been keen to point mout that we have to compete with chelsea and they aren't superhuman but just saying they repeat their form in the second half of the season, how on earth do you compete with a team which gets 104 points?
surf Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Are in line for 104 points. F#cking hell!1130589 They've played us, Arsenal and the Mancs away too. We still have difficult away games against those three.Posts merged:something like that. Alternatively if the ANC disrupts them? Problem is their squad is so strong you have to feel they can rotate around those problems. The only area of the squads we are stronger in is central midfield (and arguably upfront). Clutching at straws moment - Barca stuff them over the two legs, destroying their confidence and they collapse after March, limping to third place?

Anfield Fox Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 I honestly thought they would drop points in the 4 games in 8 days. Not so sure anymore.
stressederic Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Our last 9 matches has put us in line for 114 points.1130757 There are only 63 points left on offer for us. The most we can finish with is 100
Bootle Buck Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 I was reading the other day that in his last two seasons at Porto Queenie never lost a league game. Considering he won the UEFA Cup the CL and practically every Cup in Portugal he has had a phenomenal 4 seasons.
12twelve Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Porto lost 2 league matches in both those seasons...
XXX Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Hmm, the second place is very respectable, isn't it?

XXX Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Evening Mr. Bates. Shoeshine?1131517Good afternoon. I'm a foreigner, I don't really get the message. However, just to set that right: It was certainly not meant to be disrespectful or cynical.

Earl Hafler Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Are Chelsea that worried about not having 2 anchor men in midfield that they are going for Maniche ?
XXX Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 you are from germany aren't you? That's correct. are the bayern fans/ management happy with karimi this season, has he signed a new contract yet?1131915I think they are very happy. Everyone knew that he is a highly gifted player, but he was described as phlegmatic. However, I must say that I'm very impressed with his attitude and with his performances. The Bayern midfield is quite strong. No, at least not officially. But I would be surprised, if he left Bayern after this season.

XXX Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 > Ali Karimi Indeed. He was Asia's 2004 Footballer of the Year. I read some interviews and he is a very humble and modest person. I actually like him.
Hassony Posted December 31, 2005 Posted December 31, 2005 what about mehdivikia? he is actually a player that i think would do very well on the right for liverpool as he is very pacey and a good crosser of the ball
madaboutlfc Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 i think chelsea will fail to get more than 1 point against West Ham.. the problem with chelsea is that pschyologically most teams consider themselves to be already a goal down..
