Kahnee Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Thought the reception you gave Bramble was heart-warming
Guest YKI Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 (edited) He's given us so much in times gone by we thought it was best to return the gesture but lets not kid ourselves, Titus' altruism goes beyond what is normal and there was no way we were going to give like for like. Guest Ant Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 That was hilarirous, Bramble for England!
Owen1978 Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 He is there Biscan, but we cant use Biscan name in that term anymore as he was awesome in his final season!
Hightown Phil Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 And in his first as well. There were far worse players who played in the Houllier era.
Guest Aussie_Red Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 I absolutely cracked up when I heard one single voice yell "Good one TITUS!" or something similar to that after he made a challenge soon after coming on.
Spike Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 That whole cheering Bramble thing had me cracking up. Poor barsteward
Anfield Fox Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 (edited) I thought the whole Bramble thing was an "internet phenomenon". Guess i was wrong! Edited December 27, 2005 by Anfield Fox
danny Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Is it any different that the stick Crouch gets?
Morse Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Thought the reception you gave Bramble was heart-warming 1128108 I didn't like it at all.We had enough to say when teams did it to Peter Crouch didn't we? Classless it was. Posts merged:I thought the whole Bramble thing was an "internet phenomenon". Guess i was wrong! 1128337 Please explain.
Guest Red in Holland Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Is it any different that the stick Crouch gets?1128360 Yes. Our opposition fans were hoping against hope that Crouch wouldn't succeed here. They still slag him hoping to put him off doing his job. Stupidly, as Crouch has been doing his job well, since he came here. We cheering Bramble was humourous, joking, and even affectionate, its the humour we are famous for. Most of the stick Crouch gets is malicious. RiH
Guest Red in Holland Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Yes we all love bramble. ffs.1128374 Yer know what I mean, its deffo not as nasty as the s*** Crouch got/gets. RiH

RiH1128372 Totally - it goes with his history at Anfield, dating back to his Ipswich days

RiH1128372 We will have plenty of time to cheer Bramble when he joins us in the transfer window as CB cover.
esw2003 Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 We will have plenty of time to cheer Bramble when he joins us in the transfer window as CB cover. 1128425 That'll learn us.
Hassony Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Bramble is a c*** off the pitch anyway just like his mate dyer, he deserves everything he gets
dodgy1 Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Thought the reception you gave Bramble was heart-warming 1128108 The funniest thing about the Bramble substitution is that not one Newcastle fan applauded him as he ran on. Classless clueless geordie t***s.
Kahnee Posted December 27, 2005 Author Posted December 27, 2005 He actually played pretty well yesterday1128590 He didn't put the ball in his own net or lay on a pass for one of our strikers if thats what you mean
Stevie H Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 He actually played pretty well yesterday1128590 possibly the best i've ever seen him play. what the f***'s happened to boumsong though?
Guest Jack Bauer Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Of course it's different to Crouch, Bramble has given us so much over the years at Anfield we were made up to see him coming on
Benitez Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 what the f***'s happened to boumsong though?1128670 he met Souness? Or maybe he isnt that good. I dunno. I've come to the conclusion at long last, that players who look the business in France, ain't always going to look the business elsewhere He was never £8 mills worth of defender for starters, so thats always a weight around his neck, but even if they'd paid 4 or 5 mill for him you'd wonder. He is so undecisive. The only thing he does seem to have going for him is pace - cos when he comes up against someone like Henry, he actually seems to deal with him well
McBain Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 Thought it was fairly low rent meself. and not too dissimilar to the stick Crouch used to get
