Just heard on SSN that there is a press conference this afternoon 'after' 1.30. Its probably the pre match jobby but no doubt there will be plenty of transfer questions posed for Rafa.

Wahoo we can spend the rest of the afternoon fine combing every word, eye movement and gesture Rafa makes and come to the conclusion that, Owen seems most likely to sign when Baros goes to either Lyon for loads of cash or Villa for crap cash but Solano comes the other way. Cisse is 100% staying and going and where the hell is our big name centre back ffs's!!!

Out of interest why do we do press conferences other than when someone signs?

 

No one gets anything out of Rafa so they are a complete waste of time. Must be a pain in the back side knowing you have to head to Liverpool to interview Rafa.

he has no choice but to do 'em. Premiership 'rules' dictate each club must give a press conference before a game.

 

It must be tedious, especially last year when he was constantly getting asked about Gerrard and NOTHING else, and it'll probably be the same this year. Bet he feels like hitting the gormless fecers.
