Falconhoof Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 The word over in French France is that Rafa is going to cut short the loan agreement. Marseille aren't keen to hang on to him. Maybe Rafa can bring the best out of Bruno.
Romario Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Excellent! Deffo need him for the first champ league game with Gerrard suspended Alonso out and Smicer and Kewell coming back from injuries! Perhaps this time he could make an impact right from the start!!

Spike Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 if only we had someone like platini that we could partner him with
McBain Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 He cant do any worse than some have Worth a shot I reckon.
Kenny_ Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Will be interesting to see how he does if he comes back. If we're going to play him, it should be as a central midfielder. Will be a tought fight for him and I'm not confident that'll he make it for us, but if we bring him back, he should get a fair chance and prove his worth.
Ed the Wool Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Rafa might just be the man to bring the best out of Bruno.
Kenny_ Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 offish REDS NOT LOOKING FOR BRUNO RETURN Paul Eaton 27 January 2005 Liverpool have today denied they are seeking to bring Bruno Cheyrou back to Anfield to help ease their injury crisis. The 26 year old midfielder is currently on a season long loan to Marseille, but reports from France today have suggested Rafael Benitez would like him to return to Anfield to help the Reds over the remainder of the campaign. However, Liverpool have today responded by insisting they are not looking for the player to make a quick return to the club. Liverpool spokesman Ian Cotton said: "We are not in discussions with Marseille to cut short Bruno Cheyrou's loan deal." Cheyrou has made ten appearances for Marseille this season, with eight of them coming as a substitute.
