If you would like to order "BULK" orders, I'd suggest you contact the HJC direct so they can evaluate how much the postage will be.

The shop opens at mid day on a Saturday match day 3pm kick off, and changes depending on time of game.

 

The shop is now open through the week from 10am to 2pm but on a midweek match, will close for a couple of hours and re-opens about 5pm

I read on RAWK that Gerry doesn't want orders yet as he doesn't want to get inundated - is this true or have I caught the wrong end of the stick?

For overseas based supporters I'd suggest you visit your local Bank and request a "Bankers draft" made out to The "Hillsborough Justice Campaign". Make sure you include an extra £2.00 for postage and packaging if you are based outside the UK. [As the bank's fee for the banker's draft is usually somethere between 5 and 25 quid, pay pal looks a good bet]

 

To make the order process as quick as possible, you can send orders to Gerry's home address as he will be able to process orders straight away once delivery is made.

A quick note to thank everybody who has ordered Justice bands either by writing to Gerry or by payiong by Paypal.

 

The response has been absolutely amazng, so much so that I can't possibly reply to every email immediately.

 

I can assure everybody that we are doing everything we can to ensure that every order is dealt with as quickly as possible, and once the bands arrive we will hopefully be able to respond to the demand.

 

Between myself and Gerry we have estimated that we have already received between 1500 and 2000 orders, and that is before they arrive. We have already extended the first order and in all liklihood we will have to re-order once it arrives in order to meet the demand.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has ordered and who continues to provide constant support and encouragement to the campaign. If everybody could be patient for a short time, I know that Gerry will be doing everything he can to ensure that the orders are met, but as you may imagine their is a lot of work involved in this.

 

I will update everybody once the first batch of bands arrives.

The last of the first order for 5,000 bands have been posted out today, there are no more bands available until mid-March when the next order is due in.

 

Around 2,000 - 2,500 bands from that order have already been prepaid, I'd get your orders in ASAP to make sure you get yours.

yeah I saw that - great stuff.

 

although I laughed when one of them (didn't see who) had to put it up near their elbow as it was way too big for their wrists :D

are the pay pal orders being processed first ?

Just curious as I sent a sterling draft 20-1-05 from Dublin and am concerned ONLY that it did not get there rather than the fact it was recieved and is in a Q,which is understandable .

Bands are due in "mid March" and will be sent out ASAP, I'd think your order will be included in this.

As it always happen's ,got em on Monday.

 

Delay was something to do with the postage not being enough .

 

Anyways as I had posted that I han't recieved them ,

Sorry! Bands are still in transit to Liverpool I'll let you know when they have been delivered, they are due in any day now.

 

Another order for 20,000 bands has now been placed, this will be dealt with as "URGENT" at all stages and should be available early April.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Just received a telephone call and have been informed that the second order [due for delivery in late March] was not shipped out on the date as originally thought.

 

For some unbeknown reason the bands were held in ?Storage? and have only been loaded and forwarded to Liverpool today via ship. At this point in time I can only estimate delivery to be around week commencing 11th April 2005.

 

I apologise for this unforeseen delay, please bear with us and we?ll try and get your orders out as soon as possible.

Yes it is .Follow the info from a couple of the posts on page one.The sooner you send in your order,the sooner you will get your bands [ bearing in mind the delivery is due this month]. :cooler:

Just had a phone call from Gerry McIver. 5 boxes of 625 bands have been stolen from a premises in Liverpool, if you see anyone selling HJC bands in or around Liverpool [apart from the HJC shop and local pub's, The Albert, Park or Sandon and Mr Evo] Please report it right away to the Police.

 

Please feel free to post this on any Liverpool site you may visit.

Paypal orders from 14th April to date will be sent out during this week, thus bringing the Paypal orders up to date.

Cheque / Postal Orders, I think the last of the backlog for these were sent out last Friday, Cheques will be deposited within the next couple of days.

 

Those who "Pre-booked" and paid at the HJC shop, these are also up to date and every order have now been sent out.

 

I'd estimate that around 15,000 bands from the second order of 20,000 bands have now been despatched leaving around 5,000 available for sale. Suitable quantities will be available at the HJC shop before any of our remaining home games, or for as long as supplies last.

 

At this stage its uncertain if another reorder will be made, I'll update you on this as soon as I hear anything.

 

If you are after a HJC band, I'd recommend you place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
