Legal advice please - constructive dismissal

A friend of mine has been working for Home Farm Trust and for the last year has also been living - without a tenancy agreement - in one of her employers apartments. She discovered she'd been charged several hundred pounds extra on utility bills and a few months of council tax hadn't been paid, despite always making her monthly payments to her employer / landlady 

Having worked her guts out for them for four years, she rightly felt betrayed and couldn't bare to return to work and was lied to on several occasions about where the money had been allocated etc 

She's coming out in terrible skin rashes and was signed off by her doctor, who suggested she speak to Citizens Advice 

How plausible is constructive dismissal  ? She'd been taunted at work by her boss' son and they're behaviour since she went sick hasnt been great
