Would rest virg, grav and Salah at least Starts for Elliot and Nunez. And jones.

Not sure he’ll do all that mind.

jones endo

elliot

salah Nunez chiesa

Then get robbo salah and virg off in the second half

That's the type of line up I'm expecting.

Anyone here that's going, I hope you don't bump into a short-haired, big glipe with a mad beard and a mouth on him like a Belfast docker.

That's my son.

I’ll be there.

First time in along, long time.

Staying up there as well. Not looking forward to the journey back down south in the morning. 🤣😢

Yeah was interesting that. Would explain why he hasn’t been quite himself since coming back.

He looks fragile these days. Wouldn't be a shock if he gets another injury this season.

give Mo a few days off

Think this'll be the main conundrum for Arne - it's clear that Mo needs a goal and this could well be a good opportunity

Subs

Not sure that Kelleher at rightback and then no keeper is the right call to be honest.

Ha ha.  You're right.  I meant Kelleher / Bradley...

Looks to me like we’ve had him slim down to lighten the load on his muscles. But as you say it seems to have made him appear a bit frail.

There doesn't seem any extra value in finishing first or 8th, other than prestige, which while important shouldn't be our main focus. I think the fee for winning each game is big too, but also, not the main priority. We could get first and play Madrid, or finish 8th and get Feyenoord

I'd rotate a lot, and if it means we stumble to a draw, so be it

I think teams get just over £2M for a win in the group stage and you get more money the higher you finish in the group too.

I reckon Salah is desperate to play every Champions league game. Managers probably can't be bothered persuading him that resting is better than going for another goalscoring record.
