Champions League draw 24/25

We'll draw 2 teams from each of the 4 pots, playing one from each pot at home and one away. We can't be drawn against teams from England and can only draw a max of 2 from any other country

You can find the teams in each pot here https://kassiesa.net/uefa/seedcl2024.html, pots 1 & 2 are definite 3 & 4 won't be confirmed until the qualifiers are finished on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Looks like the draw itself will be as confusing as f***. Also looks like there are no draws for the KO rounds as everything is based off your finishing position in the group stages

I think i read somewhere that the draw is being done by a computer / AI rather than yer humans because of the complexities.

Well they b******sed it up drawing it manually the other year didn't they? Put the wrong teams in the pots and ended up having to redraw it

Yup.

You play 2 teams from each pot, one home one away and it's one league table for everyone.

Top 8 go straight into the round of 16

Teams 9-24 go into a 2 leg KO round for the remaining 8 places in the round of 16

Unnecessarily complicated. I assume they're trying to kill it off so they can do a UEFA Super League instead.

Then two from each pot (restrictions notwithstanding) and there’s group 1, now on to group 2?
