Bringing my daughter to this and should be in town around 12:30.  Anyone around for a beer or two before the game?

We need to make the 19:55 (Last) train from Preston back to Edinburgh. Should I just head back into Lime St straight after the game, or try to sort a taxi from Anfield to Huyton or St Helens, to pick the train up from there?

I wonder if we can play Diaz Gakpo Salah, or if there always has to be one of Darwin or Jota in the middle.

Robertson back in.

Rest everyone in midweek for the league cup.

I’d start Nunez here. Gakpo too.

There’s a balance between giving people game time and disrupting everything. Reckon Bradley, Quansah, Jones and Endo need a start soon but changing 6 or 7 is too much

Those all can start in midweek against West Ham in the cup, but 3 changes or so here wouldn't be overkill.

Yeah 2-4 changes most games seems about right, as long as Mo and VVD get a break occasionally

Given that West Ham is next week, those 4 will possibly start then. I’d be vaguely tempted to play Gakpo again, but Diaz has been very good and is now rested. Gakpo never does much off the bench though. It’s a dilemma, Clive.

I’d play Quansah or Gomez and give Konate 2 games off.

I think Gakpo is nailed to start again after that performance. Diaz can do better off the bench than vice versa, and help out if needed to wear them down.

I wouldn't make too many changes, Bournemouth are a decent side. They were unlucky to loose against Chelsea in a game they should have won. They have a strong defence and Cook in midfield is a talent. They are blunt in attack but another Forest result is not unimaginable.

Risk-free selection, Diaz and Jotta to start

What about giving Mo a rest and starting Diaz wide right, Gakpo on the left and Nunez down the middle?

Just a thought.

Nah, Mo can have a rest in January once we've imploded and are out of everything.

Gakpo defo earned a start though, was f***ing great last night. I'd play him centre, Diaz left and Mo right.
