Bring some kids on. I always think a meaningless final game is good for them to get a run-out and give us all hope for the future.

Also hoping Jurgen gets a deliberate yellow card (for kicking the ball away or standing a centimetre outside his technical box) just as an eff you to the powers that be.

We lost 4 out of our last 6 games that season,  including Hull, Palace at home and that Stoke city game,  not even comparable 

It's a miracle that Rodgers kept his job after that

FSG have made some bad decisions in their time, that's one of the worst. Then they let him buy players he liked knowing he might be sacked, and let the committee, or whatever they were called at that point, buy their own players without input from Rodgers. The only good thing to come out of it is Klopp was bored of not being a manager by the time they got round to sacking Rodgers.

That was the year before wannit? Summer of 14. Rodgers was here 14/15, went in the autumn of '15.

Firmino was the signing that came in that summer, adds to the idea they knew Rodgers was off, for me. Firmino is never a Brendan signing.

I went to that Palace game

A plane with a banner  saying 'in Rodgers we trust ' flew over Anfield,  I'm still convinced to this day that Rodgers paid for it himself

I'm still convinced that we wanted Klopp and kept Rodgers on for a few months until he became available. Is that giving us too much credit?

We bought Benteke and Firmino in the same summer.

They obviously never did any research on benteke, all about the money throughout his career even when he was at the tail end of it at palace, money for goals, money for wins, money for appearances, lad was obsessed with it.

Will this be on TV? I've mates over from Germany who want to watch it near the ground. We've nothing to play for but hopefully Sky want Klopp's last game televised.
