I’ve been suffering from vertigo and dizziness for a few years and while I’ve been told caffeine can be a trigger I haven’t been able to cut out tarring black coffee. 
 

I’ve reduced from about 6 a day to 2 but coming out of a really bad bout I want to try and cut it out completely. 
 

Trouble is I start every day with a very strong cup. That’s my breakfast as I don’t eat for a good hour at least so it’s breaking a lifetime habit as much as changing my tastes.  I’m not a morning person and I need that jumpstart to get me going. 
 

What do you guys have to get you up and at ‘em in the morning. I’m sure some of you have also made the jump from coffee before.
