The reason Bill Shankly is the finest manager in the history of English football is because of the legacy he left following retirement. His in-house successors followed Shankly's blueprint in their own styles until Hysel broke the chain.

We should do the same when Klopp retires and promote from within.

I don't think we'll give it to the reserve manager. All Klopp's assistants are leaving.
