Just clocked its on sky. Assumed it was on TNT. They really can just shift them all about if it suits them can’t they.

Was on Manchester police advice apparently

Bloody bizzies. Just wait until they see what I do on bizzie night.

Klopp had a right old go at having it at this time slot today.

Why's there no pressure?

Because being 4 points behind if they win wouldn't be the end of the world.

I mean I know it's only 2 points difference, but 6 would feel a bit daunting.

The current league table with a big game at City coming up feels like it’s been my life for the past God knows how long.

And I f***ing love it!

What happened?

Pint glass of coins hit some female city supporter and they’d an airing of murderers too. Was a bit vile of an atmosphere by all accounts.

Yeah and some aggro in the coach park as well.

“The boys responded sensationally well, but now they all go and when we come back we can only train once before we play Man City,” he said.

“We won so no-one can say I’m moaning but how can you put a game like this on Saturday at 12.30pm?  Honestly, the people making these decisions, they cannot feel football, it is just not possible.

“If that is the moment where the world pays the most to see a football game then nobody has to tell us. I don’t know if that is the case or not, I really don’t know.

“You have these two teams who have altogether probably 30 international players. They all come back on the same plane by the way, all the South American players. They all fly back (together), we put them on the plane from Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia. One plane and they arrive here. It’s mad. But we just have to make sure we are ready.”

I think the closer we are the more pressure there is. I doubt we can win the league but while we're close the pressure is on.

Agreed. I just like the idea of us going toe to toe with them. These fixtures are always mad, unlike any other game of a season. Guardiola gets in his own head about them too. If we get beat, four points isn't insurmountable. Let's go for the win.

City don’t look like last year’s City so far. I suspect they will at some point and if they do I don’t think anyone is equipped to challenge. But right now we’re in the race with them.

Really tough place to go though. Would take a point.

They lost Gundogan and Mahrez. KDB has been injured for a long time. They would have won if those three played today.

If we can start Mo, Darwin and Jota with Diaz and Cody off the bench we’ll be up for it. Their defense is shaky and can be got at.

I’m tempted to go with Dom - Endo - Alexis behind those three.

Same back five as today

Ali

Trent Matip VVD Kostas

Dom Endo Alexis

Mo Darwin Diogo

We’d have beat Luton if Barnes played.
