More detail required HTML5 video player

I installed it correctly and configured it but the videos are without the player. Can someone help me? IPs version is v4.7.13

What videos exactly? Locally attached? Remotely linked? What browsers? Maybe provide a link to your site for review?

It would help to provide to provide more detail than you have given.

All types, all browsers, I'm hosting on s3. But I tested with other places and the same thing happens, it's as if the plugin hadn't turned on but everything is ok.

How do you have it configured currently? Provide screenshots of your settings (there are several tabs) and your configured permissions.

Are these local attachments, or are they linked from another site? If from another site, what is the URL of the video?
