Fixed in (NE) Editor - content requirements v3.0 (NE) Editor content limits 2.1.2 - issue editing the topic title

Hi Nathan,

We have here (NE) Editor content limits 2.1.2 installed. If we click to edit the first post of a topic by using the "Edit" option available in the post, and then only edit the topic title, the "Submit Topic" button remains disabled. In order to the button to be unlocked so we can update the edited title, we need to add any character to the post.

Reproduced in current release - surprised nobody ever brought that one up, to be honest.

Fix for this will be in "(NE) Editor - content requirements" (name subject to change) which is a total redesign of the resource that I am currently working on.
