I’ll be watching my first competitive match at Anfield since New Year’s Eve 2005.

Immediately made me think of Chelsea winning 1-0 at Anfield with a s***ty Joe Cole deflected goal when we should have had a pen for a blatant handball but apparently it was West Brom or something.

Please tell me you were the first to post the offal's team announcement that day!

Kinda looks like West Brom we're playing their tried-and-trusted 6-2-2 formation that day:

Ah no this was the season afterwards. Crouch scored, Riise battered one against the post, and it was f***ing freezing.

I think we've found our first candidate for a potential scapegoat.

But I’m taking my partner. The two Liverpool games she’s been to, we won 6-1 and 3-1. So she’s got good form. Terrible judgement though, obviously.

Mac is clearly a better footballer than Endo but I’m not liking Mac as the 6 at all. Every game he gets caught badly at least once if not more. Hoping we are looking for that player in Jan.
Until then Klopp will make it work.

I'm looking forward to our 1.5-1 win but don't bring her after that

Good plan. I’m already pretty skilled at promising her a good time but leaving her vaguely disappointed, unsatisfied, and then disinterested in trying again, so this should work out just fine.
