Retiring abroad

Obviously for some of youse, Brexit has sort of f***ed that up. Just read an article about countries that offer incentives to people moving there to retire - Panama, Greece, Malaysia, Portugal, Nicaragua, Philippines. 

I mean - I'm already abroad and not considering retirement for a long time yet but I'd quite fancy Italy. It'd probably have to be the south like Bari though as Tuscany is $$$$$$$
