Football data/stats query

I need help with some local data I collate

Matches are 90 MIns
I dont know how much added time in each game
I am working out mins on pitch BUT I need help

Player A plays all game therefore he plays 90 mins
Player B is subbed off after 75 mins therefore he plays 75 mins
Player C is subbed on after 75 mins trherefore he plays 15 mins
My source data says player D is subbed on after 94 mins (it uses adde don time for the sub) - how many mins has he played? 

I am thinking of putting anyone who comes on after 90 mins, I state he comes on at 89, therfore he is on for 1 min?

Can anyone help here - give advice?
