• Explain the desired feature.
• Explain how you think it could work.
• Explain why you think it should be added.
• Explain how you would use the feature.

Some examples:

• "It would be nice if you could add a new setting called Make Coffee"
• "Could you add a setting called Make Coffee which would, if enabled, display additional setting(s) listing types of coffee that are available (listing should be configurable) I think this would be a good addition to "(NE) Make a cup of tea" because while I like tea, my users also like coffee and I would like to provide that service to them."
