Another game where the c**** won’t better the result they got last season.

Hope they print this post and stick it on the changing room's wall

Bournemouth's Alex Scott is a player worth noting on Saturday.

He was bought last week from Bristol City for £15M after being scouted by numerous Premiership clubs, including Liverpool and Man U, according to local Bristol rags.

He came to prominence last season after a MOTM performance against Man City in the Carabou Cup. Bristol lost 3-1 in Manchester but the English under 21 player was outstanding on the day.

What appears to have put major clubs off was his passing accuracy stats. Summat like 54% in most championship games. That minor peccadillo apart, he's a big powerful lump of a lad who enjoys, “putting himself about” as people who can't pronounce “dirty b*****d” say.

A player of interest for LFC fans who enjoy watching opposition midfielders.

He's a 5' 8" attacking midfielder isn't he?

Isn’t he out there inured at present?

VAR: Paul Tierney
Assistant VAR: Constantine Hatzidakis

The assistant is the Lino that elbowed Robbo last season. So VAr should be fun on Saturday with those two ******* running it.

No idea of any of the above. I play golf with a Bristol City fan who told me this good stuff. He disappointed Scott went to Bournmouth, was expecting Real Madrid or Saudi .

Round two of ‘how many games will we play without a defensive midfielder’.

we shouldn't need one against these

sounds like Jones is a doubt for this

Don’t like his start to the season if so given his history

So potentially Jones, Baj and Thiago out for this. This is why we need numbers in the middle. It’s only game 2.

Is Endo registered for this?

Nope. Am surprised we didn't move a little bit faster and try and get it done Thursday or Friday morning in time to register him. Not that we'd likely throw him in so soon, but having a totally new player at DM is better than not having a DM
