In the process of relocating and we haven't found anywhere to buy, so we're renting. A few places have asked for an "tenancy application" - does anyone know if this is legally binding? A few have also mentioned "rental offer", is this the done thing now to get multiple parties to bid on a rental? Haven't done this for years and when we did there wasn't any competition so it's all new!
