Interesting that Virge seems to be getting the nod for Captain in the potential absence of Hendo.

is he a shoo-in for the role? What of Salah or Trent’s  or Robbo’s chances?

I'd like it be Salah, from a personal point of view 

 

But I think it'll be Virgil with Trent as a VC

Virg is going to be on the pitch much more than Henderson this season, if Henderson stays I mean, and he’s the obvious captain in Klopp’s mind.

Personally, I’d go full on Bob re:/ Souness/Thommo in 82 and take it off Hendo now and give it to Trent.
