jimbolala Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 I know, weird eh. So I haven't been able for a long time now to get over and am way out of the loop, but what's the best way to try and get 2 match day tickets for a game next season. Do you just log onto the main lfc site and hope for the best or are there easier more direct ways

It isn't open currently but if you remind me towards the end of July I might be able to do the odd game, it won't be City like but there should be an option, certainly early stage Europa League shouldn't be a problem. 2
Molby Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 make sure youre a member now then get in the ballot don’t miss the cut

allez les rouges Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 (edited) I got 2 in the ballot. Standing up was £143 or something. My wife also got 2 and we bought the 4 last week. However, a friend also asked me to buy 4 corporate tickets, and I found out that as a ST holder, I was eligible to buy 4 corporate tickets even though i already had 4. I think i paid about £525 for each in the Legends lounge of the main stand. The point being is that if you are desperate, and you are a member, there are corporate tickets available. Despite buying 8 tickets in total, needless to say I won’t be going. My daughters and their friends have them, and my friend and his family are going on the corporate tickets. This for the Premier league games up until new year? Or Taylor Swift?
Mutley Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 I think it's tomorrow for the Members ballot for the 1st half season. My expectations are set suitably low.

Barnesy_10 Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 Just had this regarding the members ballot We hope you’re having a nice summer and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Anfield for the new Premier League season. We were planning to inform you today with the outcome of the Members’ ticket ballot for the first half of the season. We have decided to postpone those results and the ticket sale itself for a few more weeks while work continues on our fantastic Anfield Road Stand build. To avoid any potential disruption to you, we wanted to wait until we have confirmation of the total stand capacity from Liverpool City Council’s licencing team. The ballot results will now be published on Monday 31st July 2023 with the full Members’ sale starting from Tuesday August 8th 2023. Everyone connected to the club is so excited to see and hear the difference this new stand will make next season but we are taking a prudent approach and will be following this thorough process with our colleagues at Liverpool City Council. Safety is always our priority and, as with any major stadium build that involves thousands of people, we have test events planned next month after which we will receive a licence from Liverpool City Council to operate the new stand and confirm the total capacity. We hope you agree that postponing the sale and waiting until we have more certainty is in the best interests of our supporters. Thanks for your continued support.
libero Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 A day wasted watching for emails!!! Surely they knew prior to 10 to 5 to tell everyone?? Might be a good sign tho and more tickets for members hopefully??

It's already behind schedule, reckon we have reduced capacity for first few home games, probably some season ticket holders moved into other parts of the ground.

On the pitch. 41 minutes ago, libero said: A day wasted watching for emails!!! Surely they knew prior to 10 to 5 to tell everyone?? Might be a good sign tho and more tickets for members hopefully?? My wife is a member. She has an email saying they will release the ballot result on the 1st July(I think) so that they can see how many people they get a licence for. As already mentioned it looks like they are behind schedule.
cocknose Posted July 17, 2023 Posted July 17, 2023 Someone on twitter reckons we have asked to swap the Bournemouth game to their place
libero Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 I got hee haw in the ballot again. Waiting list number of 25000+ for the 3 games affected by reduced capacity. Ergo nae chance in them either.
don gato Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Fourth ballot in a row with nothing, disappointing.

don gato Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 35000 on the waiting list here. I guess there’s always the option of paying £350 per person for hospitality tickets offering a bit of food in the Sandon then a seat in the Upper Anny…
Barnesy_10 Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 (edited) Haha f***ing hell. Had a correction email from the club saying the previous waiting list number was wrong. Eagerly I open it to see i have gone from 21000 to 36000 on the list Edited July 31, 2023 by Barnesy_10 1
Boca Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Looks like they’ve made a balls of this again. Waiting list numbers being revised for all games.
Barnesy_10 Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Just now, Boca said: Looks like they’ve made a balls of this again. Waiting list numbers being revised for all games. Yeah just had another. 3020ish for Villa
