Booked flights for Rome next year through kiwi.com, they came back and said one of the connecting flights had been cancelled and offered alternatives but for extra cost. Bit of back and forth on thier help site and then booked the alternative cos the price is only guaranteed for 4 hrs. They sent me bumpf about getting a refund for the cancelled flight but are now saying because I booked the alternative they arnt interested??

Whats the best way to get these cants to pay me back?? Surely I have some rights, should I go to my credit card company??
