Interesting they're objecting to an Arsenal KC being on the panel whilst appointing Lord Pannick, an Arsenal fan, to be their Defence Counsel

What has Micah Richards said about all this?

'MWUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I burst on the scene, Gary.....'

Kicking it down the road and out of sight.

They're going for the approach that help them beat the UEFA charges. No robust contesting of their innocence, just manoeuvring to find technicalities on which to get off.

They deserve to have a big fat asterisk next to their name.

They're appealing against all the 100 odd charges? So all of them wrong?

Cheats

Of course they are. They paid the fine to UEFA and smoked corona's.

Had to look it up but Lord Pannick is an actual real person.

Ha! Worked in Liverpool Royal A&E years ago, with a Dr.Panniker, and a  Dr.Cutting🤭

Lance Armstrong was the best doper. Its not the same.

I'm sure City aren't the only dodgy ones, it's just degrees of dodgy, so in that way, the analogy does stand up. More so, it's the point that nobody in the media is really talking about all these charges hanging over City, and the fact that without their years of cheating they wouldn't be where they are today that I am agreeing with

I'm not an expert, but it seems a bit desperate no?

It’s about someone being feted who is cheating - how similar do you want it to be?

as has been said elsewhere- it’s very Donald Trump. Attack the process not the substance of the charges.

It's what they did with the UEFA charges, it's frustrating that not many in the media have called them on that, basically got off on a technicality

Cycling always was and probably still is completely doped, Armstrong was just the biggest name to get done at that point. If football has an equivalent fallout to that EPO era then I might I agree that it's an equal analogy with man city.

To an extent I think it's about basically providing a script for their own fans.

He had the best network around him to prevent him getting caught. From his team right up to the bodies who governed cycling.

It'd not entirely irrelevant
