Leeds are 16th and only 2 points above the relegation zone, which mean they'll win 1-0

Just got humped 5-1 at home by a Roy Hodgson team

2-0

Good Liverpool will wipe the floor with them. Bad Liverpool will let them have a 2-0 lead before half time. No one knows which version we show up with. At this point i just want us to have no european football next season. The perfect base for a title run.

I hope we play Gomez at RB with Trent in midfield.

Might as well give Trent a chance to show what he can do in midfield in some of our remaining games.

I think he’s primed for the inverted full back role. Klopp said as much.

A new midfield fixes a hell of a lot on that showing yesterday. Trent’s free role from RB, he’ll be covered, players getting closer to the front 3, stopping runs before they hit VVD & co. It was all there and Konate’s aggression on the half way line keeping teams penned in.

I don’t think we as far away as thought but we need all the top drawer bodies we can get.

Aye, this is where I've been for a while. However it also requires some of our senior players getting their heads back in the game.

That’s Jurgen’s job there. He knows the guys who need to go. We may see a big one move on.

Curious by this idea so, who are we saying are the big ones?

Ali. Trent. Robbo. VVD. Henderson. Salah? I don't see any leaving though just for a fleeting moment i could see Virgil go but... still feels unlikely

VVD, Salah, Fabinho and Henderson are the ones.

Robertson and Alisson I’d probably move the armbands to.

They need to run around and try.

Dunno unless we’ve been working with the Eintracht guy on the sly.

After the game he spoke about it…

“It’s not the first time. We did that before but maybe it was not that obvious,” Klopp said of Alexander-Arnold’s position on the pitch.

“In the build-up, Trent played more inside. Double six, that’s how it is. We need to get used to it, obviously. I would say it is a big step to do that in a game against Arsenal.

“It opened up different opportunities for us. If you watch it back you will see that it will have to be learned when to use it. Hendo was not wide, stayed inside. Then we could really pass first pass down to Mo. Mo kept the ball really well and we could go from there.

“I thought he did well. It was not the first time, but we haven’t executed it for a while.”

We did this far more noticeably at the start of the season, but didn't have a midfield so the opposition would win the ball back too easily, not get pressed and target the space Trent had left. It's a great position for him if we keep and press the ball like City do, but maybe leave it until we have a new midfield

Diaz back

Konate has missed training this week but is back today

Ali has missed training this week but is doing an individual session today so sounds like there's a possibility we may see Kweeeeeve
