this blows City and Chelsea out the water and means Newcastle’s plans for world dominance are also over

us and Man U are now catapulted to the top as long as we spend what we are allowed to *

It should be like FPL, if you want to overspend then that's fine, but you'll lose 2 points for every £5m you go over your allowance
