I’d take 0-0 but we should be able to beat these, even refresh the side a bit. When i say refresh, i mean its a good opportunity for Gomez, Konate, Elliot, Carvalho to get a bit of match fitness if any of them are available? Who else have we got

I’d play Mo down the middle. Goals would do him the world of good.

I’d play Mo down the middle. Goals would do him the world of good.

Being involved for more than a few minutes would do him the world of good.

I'd be tempted to rest/drop VVD for Konate, and rest/drop Thiago. Start Milner, Henderson and Elliott in midfield.

Jota, Nunez and Salah up front.

I’d rather play a lad from the academy than see Milner start in midfield.

Milner isn't the ideal starter, but we have to find a way to rest Thiago. Probably not the game to put in one of the kids. Maybe Jones will be ready. You never know.

yeah, they're s*** but will have an atmosphere. We're s*** right now, but f*** City, this game is more important really now. A win & we should be 1 point from 2 games away from the k/o stages and come Feb, real Liverpool may be back

Hopefully not mockers but Slavko Vincic of Slovenia reffing this. Possibly the best in Europe now. Did the Eintracht Rangers EL Final. We've only had him  twice (Genk and RBL)

Unless he can make some decent challenges in midfield, and bolster the right hand side of our defense, I don't think he is helping us.
