London with a baby

I'm going to have a couple of hours in the West End on Saturday afternoon and I'll have my 3-month old son with me. Current plan is just to mooch around Covent Garden, drink too much expensive coffee and eat cake.

Is there anything more fulfilling I could be doing? 

Are there any particularly good coffee and cake venues I should be trying?
