Gentrification

Are you for it?  Part of it?  Confused by what it means?

 

There is a fella pulls up some mornings in his mobile wooden hut thing that his da probably done up for him after he retired  down the end there next to the park and he serves coffee from a counter on its side, he calls everyone "guys" in that accent they all have and asks the name of the customer so he can write it on the cup even if there's no one else there.  He is cocaine-white, sort of bearded, in his thirties, and he wore a faded black Spice Girls tour t-shirt yesterday that has haunted me since.

 

It's gone past being a concern imho.
