importing from the EU - EORI numbers

So I got in touch with a glass factory in Poland, made a web order for 40 large glass jars. Its a pallet load basically.
Unfortunately I had forgotten about Brexit. I now need to borrow an EORI number to give to the glass factory to complete their paperwork. 

Does anyone know how you go about this ?

I don't think its work the time/hassle/cost for me to register personally as I won't be importing a lot, and it will be infrequent. This order value is about 600 euro
