Gethin Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 Game 38, point behind City, all we can do is win and see what happens. Up the f***ing Reds Live on Sky Sports 3 1
Florist Cinema Pond Goal Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 92 points and 3 trophies would be one of our best ever seasons regardless of what happens at City
Maharajkumar of Vizianagram Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 Thank f*** Cam saved the quadruple and made you start this thread. Another five minutes, and some other c*** could have ruined our season. 2

D.Boon Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 I can't drink on Sunday as im on call. Mad s*** happens to the reds when work gets in the way of important matches. ITS ON! 1
Cam Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 At 2:59pm I'm definitely posting "we're unchanged!!" #ForumMeltdown
growler Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 Dry run for cl final and our chance to thank the lads at anfield to send them off to Paris. get our 3 points, go from there.
smithdown Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 So if we take the lead first we will be top of the table. And they'll know we are. Let us do that and see what happens next. 2 2
Jarg Armani Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 City will be 1 up within the first 5 mins as per, so I don’t really see that being a factor. 3
Andy-oh-six Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 Incredible to take it to the final game given how far behind we were. What a manager and what a bunch of lads. 1 1
Maharajkumar of Vizianagram Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 City are still presumably still missing three defenders. So that's something. 1

We'll all start the day very relaxed knowing that the stress is with City to get 2 goals ahead - but there'll be something before that and we can start to get giddy a bit at that point. 1

If it’s the hope that kills you, I guess I am quite peacefully alive in a state of hopelessness. Only nerves I’ve felt since spurs was on Sat morning for the cup final. Tells its own story for me. My head knows it’s possible but my heart has jibbed it. Just now, smithdown said: Yeah alright Roy I'll have your ticket off you if you don't give your head a wobble I just don’t get the point of bigging up sh*t teams like wolves and villa. West Ham away I could get on board with. It doesn’t make me any less proud of our team, just because I think city will win a home game against a vastly inferior team. 1

My head knows it’s possible but my heart has jibbed it. I am the same in that regard. We'll all get up on Sunday and I expect very few of us will have real sense of massive anticipation ahead of kick off Contrast that to the following Saturday and we'll all be wrecked by 10.30am with the nerves and the day will absolutely painfully drag until 8pm So the next 2 games will have massively contrasting build ups - so enjoy the fact that its all relaxed on Sunday at kick off cause about 45mins later things might be buzzing on social media about some real hope trying to kick in the front door 1
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 If City lose 6-0 and we draw 5-5 oh f***....
Maharajkumar of Vizianagram Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 Having a look at the replay now. Milner was tidy as f*** in the first half. He's good at the deft two touch passing to move it on quickly and keep the momentum of the play going.
