Firmino to start, Diaz on the left and then maybe Salah on the right but with a sub on 60. 

If we can get infront inside 60mins then maybe we can keep Mane and Jota on the bench and then sub off Salah

When do yellow cards get wiped? 
 

having Salah running at tired legs with benfica having to chase may give him space to find his form again and give him 60 minutes rest.

Yeah that's a good call - cards are wiped at the end of the quarter finals but if either gets a yellow on Wednesday they'll miss the SF first leg (assuming we go through). Don't think we have anyone else on a yellow

The winner of this tie will play home leg first and that’ll be on 26 or 27 April. Dates will almost certainly be already planned and announced on Thursday or Friday

That’s a good call but Jurgen has a record of showing that this doesn’t matter to him when picking the best team. Can’t for the life of me remember the exact game but I recall Fab (I think) being played when he was on a yellow and at risk of missing a big tie when we all expected him to be rested.

Given that they'd both be in an expected XI for a CL Semi, I'd expect at least one of them not to start. They both pick up a card and it's Mo Bobby Diaz with Origi and Minamino on the bench - which wouldn't be ideal

Thats all true. The strikers below can be seen as our decision against Benfica - or if both get booked - then its our strike force at home in the 1st left of the semi final by default. I'd rather Option A.
