How do you rent out products ?

I have a business related question. A guy approached me to rent plants to their office. I have no experience in pricing and structuring payments for rental. Does anyone have experience of doing this you know of a guide I could read on how to do that and how to write the documents. Say for example it’s £300 of plants and planters. What’s the rental terms for it ?
