LondonLiverpoolFan Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Is anyone going? I've managed to get a ticket and I'm flying out the morning of the match. If anyone fancies meeting for a beer or two, let me know....
Cam Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 A match thread started before the Burnley game is over & done with!!!? If we lose either game it's on your conscience LLF. 1

Molby Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 In days of old there’d have been at least 10 of us there f*** off FSG 1
Jarg Armani Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 See Londonliverpoolfan, you’ve spooked growler now
chrisbonnie Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 i fully expect us to obliterate them over the 2 legs. but no denying they're a decent outfit. they're also not use to losing so thats always a danger as well. they do have a tough game today though. Napoli are no slouches, which could well play into our hands, recovery wise
Redray Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 They are no mugs. This Inzaghi fella has got them playing some great stuff. That defeat against Milan was a outlier. Gonna be tough next week.

Are they really playing 3 centre halves and using perisic as a wing back? If so, that's kamikaze s*** against us. We'll absolutely tear them apart if thats their normal set up. OK, they pack the midfield, but it's not all that. 1
Redray Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 It's usually 4-3-3. Will be against us. Three CB's and seems to be Perisic tucking in on left to curb Politano threat today.

Nebraska Red Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Same back 5. Fabinho, Henderson and Thiago. Mane, Jota and Salah. 1
Gethin Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 (edited) If Hendo's not fit enough, do you consider chucking Elliott in there or go for Jones, Keita or Ox. Wouldn't be starting Milner whatever. Edited February 13, 2022 by Gethin

So I don't know about cover for Henderson but if Thiago can't make it I would definitely chuck in Elliott instead. Give Inter something new to think about.
